Bath & Body Works Takes Over Every Ulta Door for the Holidays
Bath & Body Works brings a curated seasonal line to every Ulta store through Dec. 26, anchored by Pink Suede, a limited-edition scent exclusive to the beauty retailer.

At a glance
- Bath & Body Works products are available in all Ulta Beauty stores through Dec. 26.
- Pink Suede returns as a limited-edition scent exclusive to Ulta.
- The Ulta assortment is a curated selection of seasonal Bath & Body Works products.
Bath & Body Works will sell its seasonal assortment in every Ulta Beauty store in the U.S. through Dec. 26, expanding a partnership that pushes the brand beyond its own mall-based footprint. That's the whole story, and it's a bigger one than it looks.
The anchor item is Pink Suede. The fragrance returns as a limited-edition scent exclusive to Ulta, giving shoppers a reason to visit Ulta specifically rather than a Bath & Body Works store or website. Exclusivity, of course, is retail's oldest traffic lever. It still works.
Alongside the scent, Ulta customers can shop a curated selection of Bath & Body Works seasonal products — a holiday assortment timed to the peak gifting window rather than a full-line rollout.
What does this change for Bath & Body Works?
Distribution, mostly. The brand gains shelf space in more than a thousand beauty doors it doesn't own, without the capital cost of opening them. For Ulta, the deal adds a mass-appeal gifting brand to its holiday mix, which typically skews prestige.
The timing matters as much as the geography. A Dec. 26 end date puts the partnership squarely inside the holiday shopping season, when fragrance and gift sets do their heaviest volume. After that, the arrangement's future is unstated.
Why an exclusive scent?
Limited editions do two jobs at once: they create urgency, and they give each retail partner something the other doesn't have. Pink Suede, as an Ulta exclusive, makes the Ulta trip non-substitutable for fans of that particular scent.
The verdict: a quiet, sensible distribution play. No fireworks, no rebrand — just more doors, one exclusive scent, and a hard stop the day after Christmas.
