Molson Coors Takes Coors 0.0 and Naked Life Nationwide Next Year
Molson Coors will take Coors 0.0, Naked Life and a nonalcoholic Leinenkugel's Summer Shandy national next year, backed by partnerships, media campaigns and retail activations.

At a glance
- Molson Coors will expand nationwide distribution of nonalcoholic brands next year, including Coors 0.0 and Naked Life.
- Coors 0.0, launched in the Northeast in May, ranks as the No. 1 nonalcoholic beer innovation by volume sales, per Circana data cited by Molson Coors.
- Naked Life has 5 calories and no sugar; Molson Coors brought the Australian brand to the U.S. last year.
Molson Coors will expand distribution of several nonalcoholic brands nationwide next year, betting that the fastest-growing corner of its portfolio can offset moderating alcohol consumption.
The plan includes a nationwide rollout of Coors 0.0, broader availability of the nonalcoholic canned cocktail Naked Life, and a nonalcoholic version of Leinenkugel's Summer Shandy in select markets. Molson Coors said the expansion gives consumers more choice in their beverages, "whether they're choosing beer, non-alc beer or something beyond beer."
Coors 0.0 gives the company a proven performer to build on. The brand launched in the Northeast in May and has become the No. 1 nonalcoholic beer innovation by volume sales, according to Circana data cited by Molson Coors. The company plans to support the national rollout with partnerships, media campaigns and retail activations.
Molson Coors has pushed "beyond beer" for years as moderating alcohol consumption becomes the new norm. Its nonalcoholic beer portfolio also includes Blue Moon Non-Alcoholic, Peroni 0.0 and Coors Edge.
The company brought Australian nonalcoholic cocktail brand Naked Life to the U.S. last year and has seen "encouraging momentum" for the brand. Naked Life has 5 calories and no sugar, which Molson Coors said makes it "built for this moment" as more consumers cut back on alcohol and sugar consumption.
The non-alc push does not signal retreat from beer. Molson Coors continues to invest in its core beer portfolio and has expanded in ready-to-drink cocktails, recently purchasing Monaco Cocktails. The company said in a statement that it has set its sights on "scaling the right brands."
Kevin Nitz, vice president of non-alc for Molson Coors, framed the expansion as a call to action for the distribution network. "The distributors who evolve to compete at the highest levels in both alcohol and non-alc won't have gotten lucky," Nitz said in a statement. "They'll have decided – maybe on a day like today – that they aren't just beer distributors anymore. They're total beverage distributors."
For marketers and retailers, the national rollout promises stepped-up retail activations and media spending behind non-alc brands in 2027, as Molson Coors works to convert early Coors 0.0 momentum into sustained shelf presence.
